New Feature!

To better work with you, we have added our new BackBoarding feature that will automatically retreive applications that were loaded directly to your processor and load those applications into AboveBoard CRM, without intervention on your part. This means you can continue to use your processor's portals for application entry, and your applications will still find their way to AboveBoard CRM.

You can now use one username to access both the Back Office and the Sales Hub. If your user login is set-up for both systems, you'll simply choose which site you want when you sign in, and we'll take you straight there. And, if you're only set-up for access to one site, no need to worry about choosing... you'll be taken to the correct site automatically.
No more juggling multiple logins. Just one account, two powerful tools.

Some Other New Features

  • The Logins and Permissions pages in Back Office system settings have been combined into one page
  • You can now allow your Sales Reps to update their demographic information from the Sales Hub
  • Sales Hub Leads, Apps, and MIDs list pages now have more search options
